LIMITED WARRANTY
Products manufactured by Pump Systems, Inc. are warranted to the original user only to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal service for a period of 1 year after delivery from the factory. Any part (other than vendor items) that require repair or replacement will be repaired or replaced at no charge provided the warranty return card is filled out in its entirety and the part is sent back freight prepaid. Any replacement parts accepted by Pump Systems Inc. as warranty will be returned to you freight prepaid.
Any parts used on Pump Systems Inc. equipment that are supplied to us by other manufactures will be subject to their respective guarantee or warranty. Pump Systems Inc. will assist you in locating warranty stations around the country in cases where that is necessary.
Pump Systems Inc. covers the repair, replacement, or credit of defective parts only, and does not allow for field labor charges for removal, installation, analysis, or travel expense.
Pump Systems Inc. will not warrant any part damaged caused by freezing, freight, normal wear, misuse or misapplication.
PUMP SYSTEMS INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM THE INSTALLATION, USE, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES.
